Hi, I’m Michelle—Licensed Massage Therapist and Athletic Trainer with over 20 years of experience in Sports Medicine.
Massage therapy has been my passion for as long as I can remember. I’ve always believed that physical touch plays a powerful role in the healing process—not just for the body, but for the mind and spirit, too.
